FAQs

"You do not have my size in an item, when will you?"

If there is an option for your size on a product page but it is currently out of stock, please select "notify me" and you will receive an email update as soon as we have the item in stock. We currently update stock every 2-4 weeks so feel free to check back to see if your size is in stock at a later date. If there is no option for your size unfortunately it is because we are unable to provide that item in your size. Whilst we aim to provide clothing to people of all shapes and sizes, unfortunately some of our providers do not and therefore we have difficulty in sourcing some items in wider size ranges. However we are constantly looking for more inclusive companies to work with to be able to provide the widest range of sizes possible.

"Do you have plus size items?"

We have a large range of plus size items. Our T-shirts range from size S-5XL which is approximately UK size 6-36. We have a large number or dresses, tops and trousers that go up to UK size 28 and we are constantly looking for new suppliers to work with that provide larger materials so we can provide as much inclusivity as possible.

"How long will my order take to arrive?"

Dispatch times vary between items and delivery locations. If you have ordered multiple items you may receive your products in multiple deliveries. We are conscious of our effect on the environment therefore to reduce waste a lot of our products are made to order, this means slightly longer delivery times but is better for our planet. For UK residents, t-shirts and hoodies should be with you in a maximum of 14 business days, handmade items (as stated in their product descriptions) are usually dispatched in under 2 weeks, and stocked items should be with you within 7 business days from the order date. These are only an estimate and you will receive order updates via email following placing your order.

"What is a pre-order?"

Items available for pre-order are items we do not currently have in stock but expect to arrive in stock soon. You can pre-order items not currently in stock and we will dispatch them to you as soon as they are available. You will receive an email notification once your pre-ordered item has been dispatched.

"How do I know if an item is for men or women?"

All our clothing is gender neutral. We do not categorize clothing by genders as we want everyone to feel confident wearing our clothing regardless of how they identify.

"Where are your products made/sourced from?"

All of our items are sourced from various locations such as the UK, US and China. We only use ethically sourced products and do not use any animal products or by products.

"When will the item I want be back in stock?"

We aim to replenish stock every 2-4 weeks, however if an item you are interested in is currently out of stock you can select "notify me" on a product page and you will receive an email update as soon as the product is back in stock.

"Can I be featured on your website/social media?"

Absolutely! For a chance for your images to be featured on our website and our social media, tag us (@blackcovenclothing) in your posts on social media or use the hashtag #blackcovenco. We are always looking for new faces, if you would like to model for us you can complete a model registration form here, all sizes and genders are welcome to apply.

"Do you do PR products?"

We sure do. If you are interested in our PR program please fill out the PR registration form or get in touch via social media. Members of the PR program will receive free products in exchange for social media posts.
